The purpose of use of the file
The purpose of the file is to enable contacts required by customer service, to maintain customer relationship and to inform about the services.

The data shall be retained as long as they are needed in order to implement the agreement concluded with the customer or to develop customer service.
Sources of information
The data shall be collected by contact form at honkalinna.fi website or otherwise when the customer contacts the provider. Individuals enter their data personally when contacting the provider.
Regular disclosures of data and data transfer outside EU or EEA
Data shall not be disclosed.
Protection of the file
The data of the customer file are transferred over SSL protected connection. The data in electronic format are protected by a firewall, user IDs and passwords. Only the controller and the administrator of the server have access to the data, but the administrator only in exceptional cases where it is critical to enable the technical operation. The processors of the file shall observe professional confidentiality concerning all data. Concerning the accounting records, the accountant has access to the data in question, e.g. the invoices of the provider. The accounting records are located in electronic software and it is protected by a firewall, user IDs and passwords.
Automated decision-making
According to EU’s General Data Protection Regulation § 22, automated individual decisions shall not be made.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to check the data that is registered in the personal data file concerning them. The requests according to the Personal Data Act § 26 and § 30 shall be submitted in writing and signed to the address of the file’s contact person. The person shall be identified with an official ID card face-to-face when retrieving the data.
The right to check the data is free of charge once a year. The data subject has the right to request the correction or removal of inaccurate or outdated data or to transfer the data from one system to another. The data subject also has the right to restrict or object the processing of their data according to EU’s General Data Protection Regulation § 18 and § 21. The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent for data processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority concerning the processing of their data. The data subject also has the right to prevent the use of their data for marketing purposes.
The use of cookies
This website uses cookies in order to enhance the user experience. A cookie is a small text file stored temporarily on the user’s hard drive. Cookies are used in almost all websites and the websites might not work properly without cookies.
A cookie contains a randomly created unique identifier to enable us to identify your computer and to collect information about what sites and functions you use on your browser. The cookies do not constitute a risk to security and they cannot damage your device.
Analytics and marketing
The website collects data about the users’ activity to Google Analytics. The data shall be used to develop marketing and services. IP addresses are anonymised. They shall not be delivered to other parties.
